what is it?
Somewhere between the first laugh
and the last breath, something shifts.
This is not a dance class with steps to follow, or a yoga class with poses to hold. It is a 60-minute invitation to exhale.
We open with laughter — playful, intentional, and surprisingly real. Then the music begins, and you move. No mirrors. No judgement. You are not here to look good. You are here to feel free.
We close in stillness. A guided meditation that lets everything settle.
You leave with a quieter head, a lighter chest, and a feeling of being more yourself than when you arrived.
In 60 minutes your body will have done something extraordinary.
✶
✶

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Honestly? Anyone who breathes.
🧘
The Stressed & Burnt Out
For those who feel like their head is a browser with 50 tabs open. This is your 'Control-Alt-Delete.' No thinking, no analyzing—just a physical release of the pressure valve.
💃
Movement Without 'Steps'
If you love to dance but hate counting beats or following a teacher's left foot. This is free-form, judgment-free movement where your body decides the choreography.
😂
The Forgotten Laughter
For anyone who hasn't had a proper, soul-shaking belly laugh in a while. We use simple play to unlock your body’s natural joy until reality kicks in.
No experience needed. No fitness level required.
No need to feel good before you arrive.
WHAT TO EXPECT
No surprises. Just joy.
01
You arrive as you are
Log in a few minutes early to settle in. Some join in pajamas, others in gym clothes—there’s no dress code for joy. We’ll start with a tech check to make sure everyone can hear the music clearly.
02
We open with laughter
We don’t tell jokes. We use laughter as a form of exercise and breathing. Through simple eye contact (on screen!) and playful movement, we move from 'fake' laughter to the real, contagious belly laughs that release tension and boost mood.
03
We breathe and then we dance
Once we’re fully oxygenated from the laughter, the music shifts. Sophie guides you through a movement journey that builds in energy. Shake, sway, jump, or stay seated—your body leads the way. We resolve the dance into a gentle breathing sequence to ground the energy.
04
We close in stillness
The final ten minutes are dedicated to a guided meditation and deep relaxation. After the high energy of the dance, this silence is where the integration happens. You’ll leave feeling both energized and deeply peaceful.
