Who we are
Dance and Laugh Wellness is operated by Sophie Clement, based in Dallas, Texas. We offer ecstatic dance and laughter yoga classes, available as drop-in sessions and bundled packages. If you have any questions, you can reach us at contact@danceandlaughwellness.com.

Using our website
Our website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.

Bookings and payments
All bookings are made through our Wix booking system. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through the methods available on our site at the time of your purchase.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing contact@danceandlaughwellness.com. Cancellations made within this window may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. We do not offer refunds on bundled packages once any session within the package has been used.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit, at your choice.

Health and participation
Our classes are designed to be accessible and joyful, but they do involve movement. By booking a session, you confirm that you are in adequate health to participate and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing during class. If you have any health conditions or concerns, we encourage you to consult a medical professional before attending.

Dance and Laugh Wellness is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs during or as a result of participation in our sessions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and course materials — is the property of Dance and Laugh Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance and Laugh Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
