Freeform dance is generally inclusive and safe for everyone.

 

However, please review these guidelines before your initial attendance.​

 

We suggest consulting a medical professional if you:

  • Recently injured your back, joints, or limbs

  • Currently in the first trimester of pregnancy

  • Manage a heart condition or need to limit physical activity

  • Are healing from a surgical procedure

  • Deal with frequent dizziness or balance concerns

  • Have epilepsy affected by sound or rapid movement

 

While dancing, please be aware if you:

Feel lightheaded—slow your pace, be still, and focus on breath

Feel physical pain—always listen to your body and honor its limits

Feel an emotional surge—this is expected, just move at your comfort level

 

Regarding emotional processingThis practice can reveal hidden feelings. This is a natural result and safe for most. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or were told to avoid high stimulation, please talk to your doctor before booking.
