A playful combination of yogic breathing and intentional laughter. It lowers cortisol, boosts dopamine, and builds a sense of belonging without needing a single joke — just a willingness to play.

Meet Sophie

I started Dance & Laugh Wellness after my own journey through burnout. I realized that the things we often dismiss as 'frivolous'—play, movement, laughter—are actually the most powerful medicines we have.

My goal is to create a space where you can arrive exactly as you are, without judgment, and find your way back to your inherent joy through gentle, evidence-based practices.
