Laughter Yoga Demo for Organizations
Service Description
Experience Laughter Yoga for yourself before bringing it to your community, team, or students. This 30-minute private online demo is designed for organizations that want to understand how the experience works and whether it is a good fit for the people they serve. You’ll receive: 20 minutes of live Laughter Yoga Experience the laughter, breathing, gentle movement, playful interaction, and relaxation that participants can expect during a regular session. 10 minutes for questions Stay afterward to ask questions, tell us about your organization, and discuss how the program could be adapted to your group. You may invite as many colleagues or decision-makers as you’d like to join the demo. Everyone can gather together in one room or connect individually from different locations. Because the session is live online, organizations can participate from anywhere in the world. 30 minutes · $75 · Private online session No jokes, yoga experience, equipment, or preparation required.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policies Single Sessions Single sessions are $180 for one 45-minute live session. Payment is due at booking. Recurring Programs Weekly programs include 4 sessions every 4 weeks at $150 per session ($600 every 4 weeks). Twice-weekly programs include 8 sessions every 4 weeks at $135 per session ($1,080 every 4 weeks). Recurring payments are automatically charged every 4 weeks. There is no long-term contract, and you may cancel your program at any time before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; sessions already included in your current paid period remain available through the end of that period. Rescheduling We understand that schedules change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible if you need to reschedule a session. We will do our best to find another available time. Cancellations & Missed Sessions Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be counted as used. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unexpected circumstances. If We Need to Reschedule If Dance & Laugh Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will arrange a replacement session at no additional cost. Participation & Safety Sessions can be adapted for seated or standing participation. Each community is responsible for determining which residents are appropriate to participate and for providing the usual level of staff supervision. We provide a simple precautions and contraindications guide before your first session. Technology Sessions are delivered live online. The community is responsible for providing a working internet connection, screen, speakers, and access to the meeting link. Our goal is to make the program easy, flexible, and enjoyable for both your residents and your team.
