Cancellation Policy

**Health & Safety** By joining any session, you confirm you have read and agree to the following. Please consult your doctor before joining if you: - Have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or epilepsy - Have a recent injury to your back, joints, or limbs - Experience severe vertigo or balance disorders - Are in the first trimester of pregnancy - Have been advised to limit physical exertion During the session, move at your own pace, rest whenever your body asks, and inform the facilitator immediately if you feel unwell. **Dance & Laugh Wellness accepts no liability for any injury or adverse reaction arising from participation. Participants join entirely at their own risk.** --- **Sober Space Policy** All sessions are fully sober spaces without exception. Arrive free from alcohol and non-prescribed substances. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued. --- **Your Safety** You may stop, rest, or leave at any moment without explanation. For online sessions, ensure your space is clear and safe for movement. Unexpected emotional releases may occur — this is normal and welcomed. Dance & Laugh Wellness reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety of others. --- **Cancellation Policy** - Cancel 24+ hours in advance — full refund - Cancel less than 24 hours before — non-refundable - Monthly Joy Pass — unused sessions are not refunded - If Dance & Laugh Wellness cancels — full refund or session transfer offered --- **Late Arrival** - The session closes 5 minutes after start time - Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund will be issued - Contact us in advance if needed — exceptions at the facilitator's discretion --- *By joining any session, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies above.*
